Even though you weigh the same overall dosnt mean that everthing is going to be the same size. Fat and muscle weigh the same though muscle is more dense and distributed differently on a persons body. Bone density can also contribute to this. I am roughly 6 ft 2 and weight between 13 12 14 stone varies i have a bit of a belly chunky thighs and man boobs however i know other people who are basically the same height and weight as me and are not like this.
